President Reagan’s Solicitor General Charles Fried recently told the Senate that the mandate in the healthcare reform bill is absolutely constitutional. In fact he stated the precedence that goes back to the eighteen hundreds.

One would think that if the God of the Republican Party states categorically that the mandate in the healthcare reform bill is constitutional that the Right Wing would attempt to defeat the bill or weaken in the political arena. There is a very specific reason why they need to make it unconstitutional. As President Obama and many other wise politicians have stated, as people learn what is in the bill they will begin to accept the bill and demand improvements.

Moreover, as more people become cognizant of the immoral skimming and legal theft by insurance companies of the middle class insurance premium dollars, they will ensure that insurance companies are unable to profit from sickness while providing no value. It must be noted that insurance companies may skim in excess of 30% of the middle class premiums to redistribute to the wealthy in the form of dividends paid to shareholders, exorbitant salaries paid to health insurance company’s executives, and expenses from excessive duplication of services.

The Republicans know that their time is limited and as such are indoctrinating and misleading Americans as long as they can to maximize their pilfering of the middle class. These guys behavior is unpatriotic as their benefactors will migrate to the next best country for investment when they’ve sucked America dry.

Egberto believes tolerance is essential and that political involvement should be a requirement for citizenship. He believes that we must get away from the current policies that reward those who simply move money/capital and produce nothing tangible for our society and that if this is not done, we will become the same as many oligarchic societies where a few are able to accumulate wealth while the rest are left out because it is mathematically impossible to catch up.

It was once written on parchment, "that these truths should be self evident." It wasn't about this issue, but it should apply to this as well. However, self evidence requires a critical evaluation, and this unfortunately is not a strong suit of the American public. You're evaluation of the demise of the right wing I believe underestimates the potential of the very powerful to manipulate the willingly blind into believing it is in their best interest to sustain the redistribution of wealth to the wealthiest of our population. I hope that you are right, but fear that you are wrong.

Conservatives manipulating the middle class for their own greedy ends is playing out in Egypt also. I love what you say here: "The Republicans know that their time is limited and as such are indoctrinating and misleading Americans as long as they can to maximize their pilfering of the middle class."
